The Liga.Tennis method revolves around an individual approach for each student. Most of all we believe in making tennis fun as well as rewarding – for all levels!
Depending on the program our coaching methods include:
– on-court training (technical and tactical sessions).
– fitness training (athletic training programs, cross-sport training).
– classroom sessions (video analysis, match analysis, mental coaching).
– regular matches and competition (tournaments and league matches).
– nutrition programs (optional).
– fun and exciting off-court activities

The Tennis café @ Liga.Tennis is the place where all our tennis enthusiasts gather to have a drink, meal or socialize. You can enjoy a pre-exercise smoothie, make sure you get your protein in after it, or hang out and have a drink with friends. This café has it all!

Operating from 7 AM until 10 PM, we offer a full menu combined of the world’s best cuisines. From low-calorie salads, fruit bowls, snacks, Indonesian specialties, steaks and pastas, there is something for everyone.
Our full glass wall makes it easy for you to watch tennis on all our courts. Together with high-speed internet, the Tennis café is a grand slam.
